Rules for breeders, shelters and foundations

1. Breeders, shelters, foundations, associations and other organizations may use professional accounts when the Service offers this feature.
2. A professional account may be subject to additional verification.
3. Petsify.pl may mark selected profiles as verified when the advertiser has completed a verification process.

The Operator may request documents or information confirming:

1. the name and legal form of the organization;
2. the address or area of activity;
3. a KRS, NIP, REGON or other registration number;
4. the status of the shelter, foundation, association or breeder;
5. the authority of the person creating the profile to act on the organization’s behalf.

Refusing to provide the information may result in no verification or limited features.

1. Professional account holders must provide accurate information about themselves and the animals.
2. Professional account holders must update listings promptly when their status changes.
3. Professional account holders must comply with laws governing breeding, shelters or foundations.
4. Professional account holders must respond to user messages within a reasonable time.

1. Verification may be withdrawn if:
   1. inaccurate information is provided;
   2. these Terms are breached;
   3. the profile is used for a purpose other than intended;
   4. users submit substantiated complaints.
2. The organization will be notified by email if its verification is withdrawn.

Professional account holders are fully responsible for the accuracy of information in their profiles and listings. Petsify.pl does not verify all information and is not responsible for content published by organizations.
