Petsify.pl paid promotion and package terms

1. These terms govern the purchase and use of paid promotional services available on Petsify.pl.
2. Matters not covered here are governed by the Petsify.pl Terms of Service.
3. Promotional Services are provided by Petsify. The operator’s registration details must be completed before paid services are launched commercially.

1. Petsify offers listing highlights, profile highlights and other ways to increase visibility on the Service.
2. Available listing highlight options:
   1. 7 days: PLN 19;
   2. 14 days: PLN 29;
   3. 30 days: PLN 49.
3. Each account receives one free 30-day highlight.
4. A detailed description, price, duration and activation method are shown before purchase.

1. The contract is concluded when the payment provider confirms the payment.
2. Payments are handled by Stripe; the Operator does not store card details.
3. Before paying, the User must accept these terms.

1. The service is activated immediately after payment confirmation.
2. The promotion period starts at activation.
3. After the period ends, the highlight expires automatically; the listing remains active.

1. Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
2. If the User expressly asked for the service to start before the withdrawal period ended and the service was fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost.
3. Detailed rules are described in the contract withdrawal information.

1. Complaints about Promotional Services should be sent to: kontakt@petsify.pl.
2. A complaint should include the User’s details, a description of the problem and the order number, if applicable.
3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
