Contract withdrawal information

1. If you are a consumer or a business acting as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
2. The withdrawal period for a service contract starts on the day the contract is concluded.
3. To exercise this right, inform Petsify of your decision through an unambiguous statement, for example by email to: kontakt@petsify.pl.
4. You may use the withdrawal form, but this is not required.

1. If you ask for a paid Promotional Service to start before the 14-day period ends, it may be activated immediately after payment.
2. If the service is fully performed within 14 days with your express consent, after you have been informed that you will lose the right of withdrawal, you may no longer withdraw from the contract.

1. After an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement.
2. The refund will use the same payment method as the original transaction.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. services fully performed with the consumer’s express consent after the consumer was informed that the right of withdrawal would be lost;
2. digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, when performance began with the consumer’s express consent.
