Petsify.pl moderation and appeals

1. Moderation keeps content compliant with the law and our terms, and protects users and animal welfare.
2. Moderation may be manual, automated or a combination of both.

The Operator may take moderation action if content:

1. violates the law;
2. violates our terms;
3. is misleading;
4. could facilitate fraud;
5. harms animal welfare;
6. infringes third-party rights;
7. contains personal data without a legal basis;
8. is spam;
9. reduces the Service’s safety or reliability.

The Operator may:

1. ask for content to be corrected;
2. refuse publication;
3. remove content;
4. limit visibility;
5. suspend an account or profile;
6. delete an account or profile;
7. block access to selected features;
8. report the matter to relevant authorities where justified.

1. The Operator informs the User about moderation actions through the available communication channels (email or an in-service notice).
2. The notice includes the reasons for the decision and information about the right to appeal.

1. The User may appeal a moderation decision within 14 days of receiving it.
2. Appeals should be sent to: kontakt@petsify.pl.
3. The appeal should describe the objections to the decision and include any additional information or evidence.
4. The Operator reviews the appeal within 14 days.

Repeated violations of the terms may result in permanent account deletion without the possibility of appeal.
