Petsify.pl Privacy Policy

We may process the following categories of personal data:

1. Account data: email address and sign-in history;
2. Profile data: name, organization name, and details about a breeder or shelter;
3. Contact details: email address and phone number;
4. Listing content: descriptions, photos, location and information about animals;
5. Messages sent through the Service;
6. Ratings and reviews posted on the Service;
7. Payment data: transaction ID, amount and payment status (card details are handled by Stripe);
8. Technical data: IP address, browser type and system logs.

1. Providing the Service: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
2. Managing your account: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3. Processing payments: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Complying with legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

6. Analytics and statistics: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

1. Active account data is kept while your account remains open. Once an account deletion request has been completed, data is deleted or anonymised, except for information that must be retained longer for legal obligations, accounting, security or the establishment of legal claims.
2. Payment data: 5 years (tax record-keeping requirement).
3. System logs: up to 12 months.
4. Support requests: 2 years.

2. Data may be shared with providers of hosting and infrastructure services.
3. Payment data is shared with Stripe only to the extent necessary to process a transaction.
4. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.

You can also request deletion of your account and associated data on the Delete account. This page is available even when you are signed out.

We use cookies and browser storage the Service needs to work (sign-in, payment status). With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) we also use Google Analytics to measure how the Service is used; the provider is Google Ireland Ltd, and data may be processed by Google LLC in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings. We do not use advertising tools. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

We will notify users of material changes to this Privacy Policy by email or through a notice on the Service.
