Petsify.pl review rules

1. Reviews help users assess advertisers, profiles and the quality of their contact.
2. A review does not mean Petsify.pl has confirmed that all information provided by an advertiser is true.

1. A user who has had real contact or experience with an advertiser may leave a review.
2. The Operator may introduce technical measures limiting reviews to signed-in users.

Reviews must not:

1. be false or misleading;
2. infringe personal rights or third-party rights;
3. contain personal data without a legal basis;
4. contain threats, abusive, discriminatory or vulgar content;
5. be spam or advertising;
6. be posted for blackmail, retaliation or unfair competition;
7. do not concern real contact with an advertiser.

1. The Operator may remove a review that violates these rules.
2. The Operator decides whether a review is removed.
3. A user whose review was removed may appeal within 14 days.

Any review can be reported as a violation. Use the “Report” button or email kontakt@petsify.pl.

Advertisers can reply to reviews in the business panel. Replies are public.

1. A Petsify review of a breeder can be left once per account, only by a person who wrote to the breeder through Petsify and received a reply, or whom the breeder accepted onto their waiting list.
2. The label “picked up an animal” appears only when the breeder has marked the waiting list entry as picked up.
3. Breeders can import older reviews from Google or Facebook. Each imported review shows its source and a link to it. Before publishing, Petsify checks that the link leads to that breeder's public profile and that the text matches. Petsify does not verify whether the author bought an animal.
4. A breeder decides whether to show reviews from a given source (Google or Facebook) as a whole. A breeder cannot hide or select individual reviews. Average ratings from Google or Facebook are copied by Petsify from the breeder's public page.
