You are in control of your account

You can submit a request without signing in or reinstalling the app. Use the email linked to your account so we can confirm your identity.

How to submit a request

Open the contact form, choose the “Account” category and enter the email linked to your Petsify account. The deletion message will be pre-filled.

You can also email us from the address linked to your account at kontakt@petsify.pl. Use “Delete my Petsify account” as the subject.

What will be deleted

  • your account and profile data;
  • saved alerts, favorites and personalization settings;
  • listings and other content linked to your account, unless the law requires us to retain it;
  • organization profile data linked only to the deleted account.

Processing your request

Before deleting the account, we may ask you to confirm that the email belongs to the account owner. We will confirm completion by email. Data needed for billing, abuse prevention or legal claims may be retained as required by law or a legitimate purpose. See the Privacy Policy.
