Petsify.pl listing rules

1. A listing must be lawful, accurate, current and not misleading.
2. The advertiser is responsible for all information in the listing.
3. A listing must concern an animal or activity consistent with the Service’s purpose.
4. Petsify.pl does not broker adoptions, sales or transfers of animals.

Where known, a listing should include:

1. animal species;
2. breed or breed type;
3. age or approximate age;
4. sex;
5. location;
6. a description of the animal’s character and needs;
7. health, vaccination, microchip or document details;
8. how to contact the advertiser;
9. whether the listing is from a shelter, foundation, breeder or private individual.

1. An organization publishing a listing as a shelter, foundation, association or organization is responsible for the accuracy of its status information.
2. Publishing listings in an organization’s name without authorization is prohibited.

Listings must not concern:

1. protected animals without the required permits;
2. illegal animal trading;
3. animal abuse or content that harms animal welfare;
4. people without their consent;
5. products or services unrelated to the Service’s purpose.

1. The advertiser should remove or update a listing promptly after a transaction or a change in circumstances.
2. The Operator may remove a listing that violates these rules.
